At Notemind ("we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding how your audio recordings, voice transcripts, and personal data are collected, processed, and stored. This Privacy Policy applies to the Notemind mobile application (Package `com.notemindai.app`) and related web services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the essential information necessary to provide AI voice note transcription, speaker diarization, and dynamic GenUI surface generation:

• Audio Recordings: Voice audio captured via device microphone when you tap to record.
• Transcripts & Notes: Text generated from speech-to-text, key points, action items, tags, and diarization speaker segments.
• Account Information: Anonymous User Identifiers (Firebase Auth UID) or email/password credentials if explicitly logged in.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous diagnostic telemetry (Firebase Analytics) to optimize app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information & AI Processing

Audio recordings captured within Notemind are converted into secure digital data payloads and processed by Google Gemini AI Studio API endpoints strictly for:

• Verbatim speech transcription and multi-speaker diarization.
• Semantic intent classification (Meetings, Task Checklists, Brainstorms, Technical Specs).
• RAG Knowledge Hub Q&A responses when you query "Ask your Mind".

Note: Your audio data and note content are NOT sold to third parties or used to train public advertising models.

3. Data Storage, Local Persistence & Security

Recorded audio files are preserved locally in your device's persistent application directory (`/notemind_audio/`). Note Metadata is stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore with encrypted SSL/TLS transport layer security.

4. In-App Purchases & Billing Data

Subscriptions and billing processing for NoteMind Pro are handled securely by Google Play Billing via `in_app_purchase`. We do not store or process credit card numbers on our servers.

5. Your Privacy Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to inspect, export, or permanently delete your account and all associated note records at any time. To submit a formal data deletion request, visit our Account & Data Deletion Page or email support at support@note-brain-ai.firebaseapp.com.
